This page is the single legal review for InvenOps signup. When you check the required acceptance box on signup, you agree to the BidPointX Terms of Service, acknowledge the Privacy Policy, and accept the InvenOps signup and trial terms.
1. Authority and account responsibility
- You confirm that the information entered during signup is accurate and current.
- If you are creating a workspace for a company, you confirm that you have authority to bind that company to these terms.
- You are responsible for keeping credentials secure and controlling access to invited users.
2. Service scope
- BidPointX provides software services including InvenOps and related account services.
- You keep ownership of your business data. BidPointX processes it to operate, secure, support, and improve the service, consistent with the Privacy Policy.
- Service features may change, pause, or be updated as permitted by law and the Terms of Service.
3. InvenOps signup and trial terms
InvenOps signup starts a live 14-day trial for the selected workspace plan. Pricing, asset/SKU caps, and any prorated plan changes are shown inside billing settings. If payment is required for the selected path, BidPointX presents that step during signup or billing management before service continues past trial.
Cancellation stops future renewal but does not automatically refund a payment that has already been processed. Refund requests must be emailed to connect@bidpointx.com and are reviewed separately. If an account expires or is canceled, the account owner may reactivate by returning to billing settings and starting a new paid subscription or approved checkout flow. Reactivation may require immediate payment.
4. Data use and optional preferences
Required service, security, and support processing always applies. Optional product updates and optional de-identified data improvement preferences are collected separately on the signup form and can be changed later where available.
